Fitness and health has always been my a part of my life.
I’ve cultivated my enthusiasm for fitness through high school and collegiate athletics, competitive fitness training, and working out.
When it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, my philosophy is to keep it simple and have fun.

I’ve always found joy in motivating people. The knowledge I’ve obtained through sports — cheerleading, collegiate rowing, bikini fitness athlete —years of personally training and coaching others, and, of course, my passion for fitness and health, propelled me to do one of the things I love most — personal training.
People always gravitated towards me on all things fitness — workout ideas, advice on eating habits, how to stay motivated, encouragement, you name it. People’s enthusiasm and interest to keep up with their fitness drove me to take the next step — become a professional trainer.
What led me to officially become certified as a personal trainer was an unforeseen illness I suffered in 2018 (the details are on my blog). I experienced a relapse in 2020. But my story isn’t one marked by sulking and self-pity; it’s about perseverance.
I, along with my doctors, attributed my miraculous recoveries in great part to my physical fitness and health. Being at the top of my fitness and health took mental strength to keep going when I wanted to give up. I applied that same strong mindset that I developed through training to bounce back from my illness.
The odds might have been stacked against me, but persevered. No matter what, you can too and I would love to support you do just that.
