I’ve been in love with fitness and health for over a decade.
I’ve cultivated my enthusiasm for fitness through collegiate athletics, competitive fitness training, and working out.
My guiding principle when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to keep it simple. This means eating a balanced diet and moving more (exercise).
Living a health-conscious life should not be a chore; fitness should be fun.
I am no different than you are. If you doubt me, I’d love to prove you wrong!
Hitting rock bottom is what it took for me to realize time doesn’t stop for anything or anyone, certainly not me.
In 2018 I had one hell of a health scare. In December 2020 my health was compromised yet again. Both of these events — related — caused me to pause and reevaluate life. One of my biggest questions figuring out my place in the world.
Helping others is what I yearned to do. Through knowledge, years of training, and fueled by passion, I turned what could have been chalked up into a series of unfortunate events into an opportunity to share my love and appreciation for fitness and health.
If there’s one thing I learned from 2018 and 2020 is that there’s no time but the present.
